Article Processing Charge

OSCM applies an article processing charge to support editorial and publication operations. The journal previously operated without fees for many years and now uses several fee arrangements depending on the submission type and author circumstances.

• Standard publication charges may apply to accepted articles.
• Fee waiver arrangements are available in qualifying cases.
• Papers submitted after presentation at an OSCM Conference are not charged an APC.
