Instruction to Authors

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in MS Word or LaTeX through the OSCM Journal Submission System. Authors may use the official templates below. Upon acceptance, authors should prepare the final camera-ready manuscript using the OSCM final-version two-column template.

A. Scope and Submission

  1. OSCM publishes papers that contribute significantly to theory and / or practice, including literature reviews, research papers, case studies, and short communications.
  2. Submitted papers must not be copyrighted elsewhere, accepted elsewhere, or currently under review by another journal.
  3. Authors are encouraged, but not required, to include a cover letter stating originality and any funding information relevant to the submission.

B. Manuscript Preparation

  1. A separate title page should include the title, author names, affiliations, addresses, ORCID iDs, and emails. The main manuscript file must be anonymized for blind review.
  2. The abstract should be a single paragraph, no more than 250 words, and should not contain formulas or references. Include 3 to 6 keywords.
  3. Manuscripts may be prepared in MS Word or LaTeX using the provided OSCM templates. Use 12-point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, single column layout, and 1-inch margins.
  4. The manuscript length should not exceed 8,000 words, including abstract, tables, figures, references, and appendices.
  5. The use of footnotes and end-notes should be avoided.

C. Structure and Content

  1. The introduction should explain the research background, motivation, gap, and objectives, and position the paper clearly in the relevant literature.
  2. The literature review may be integrated or separated, but it should be clearly connected to the existing body of knowledge.
  3. The discussion should interpret the results, connect them to prior work, state theoretical and managerial implications, acknowledge limitations, and identify future research directions.
  4. Equations should be numbered, and section headings should be clearly formatted in bold.
