Publication Ethics

OSCM expects authors, editors, and reviewers to follow recognized academic publishing ethics. Submissions must represent original work, include proper attribution, and be free from plagiarism, fabricated data, manipulated results, and undisclosed duplicate publication.

Authors

  • Authors must submit original work and cite prior research appropriately.
  • All listed authors should have made a genuine scholarly contribution to the manuscript.
  • Conflicts of interest, funding sources, and material research constraints should be disclosed.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of reported methods, findings, and references.

Editors

  • Editors evaluate submissions on academic merit and journal fit, without discrimination.
  • Editors should preserve reviewer anonymity in the blind review process and manage conflicts of interest responsibly.
  • Editorial decisions should be based on scholarly quality, reviewer input, and ethical standards.

Reviewers

  • Reviewers should provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback.
  • Review materials must be treated as confidential.
  • Reviewers should disclose conflicts of interest and decline reviews when appropriate.

Suspected ethical breaches may result in rejection, withdrawal, correction, or additional investigation depending on severity.
